Chocolate Dump Cake

This cake is called a chocolate "dump" cake because all you need is 1 bowl. All the ingredients get "dumped" into that one bowl, mixed, and then poured into a pan for baking. This is, as the name implies, a quick and easy recipe. I make it for my grandchildrens’ birthdays. Feel free to decorate this cake any way you like.
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
2 cups of white sugar
1 cup of cocoa
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups of boiling water
2 teaspoons of vanilla
13X9 inch pan
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Combine thoroughly.
Pour in 13X9 inch pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool for 30 minutes before frosting.
